that military university was built upon nationalist military university --- zhong-zheng-yi-xue-yuan---, which is still alive in taiwan.
when pla took over that miliary college from nationalist army, they found more than half of the faculty were former military doctors of -guan-dong-jun-, serving in nationalist amy as technical staff. those japanese then started serving in pla military university until they went back to japan.
