李進進、王書君、胡平等等“紀念胡耀邦趙紫陽基金會”的董事們為何要刻意掩蓋這個實際控制人“Amei Zhang”，而是非要宣稱蘇紹智和陳一咨是該基金會的實際控制人啊？胡平們為何非要挂羊頭賣狗肉啊？胡平們為何要讓蘇紹智和陳一咨為他們缸當保護傘啊？這分明就暴露了胡平們成立的“紀念胡耀邦趙紫陽基金會”就是一個見不得陽光的中共地下聯絡站！

在這不到一個月時間里，這個基金會的“董事會”就被悄悄地改成了“理事會”。這個基金會為何要玩這种文字游戲？那是因為“董事會”要遵守美國的非贏利机构的要求，定期召幵董事會，各個董事有投票權。而他們將“董事會”改成“理事會”后，就可以隨心所欲地解釋他們獨出心裁的“理事會”僅僅是一個名譽机构，理事們僅僅是挂名，對該机构的管理沒有任何發言權和決策權。
該基金會的創始董事是：王書君、王丹、蘭征、劉青、陳一咨、李進進、李恆青、蘇紹智、張艾枚、胡平、封從德、夏明、熊元健、丘宏達、高文謙。
該基金會現今的理事是：胡平，張博樹，李恆清，王書君，葉宁，熊元健，張艾枚，易改，于大海，孫忠雄，鄧聿文，李進進。
現在，我再次請該基金會的發起董事們和現任的董事們都要坦白交待究竟誰是張阿妹（Amei Zhang）？你們同張阿妹究竟是什么關系？
另外還要回答的問題是：究竟誰是這個基金會的注冊人？不要瞎掰什么“法人代表”，那是中國公司法的概念。
