為高智晟律師的新書《2017年，起來中國》作序的楊憲宏先生，是出版者之一“台灣關怀中國人權聯盟”的主席，也是台灣中央廣播電台《為人民服務──楊憲宏時間》節目的主持人。他撰寫的序言題目是《他心中存藏的山河与日月》。
楊憲宏先生談他看到高智晟律師新書時的心情和他曾經對高律師做過的采訪。
楊憲宏：“我看到他書的內容，那時候那個震撼……其實我在高智晟律師被捕之前，我在中央廣播電台的節目曾經訪問過他55次。几乎每個禮拜都有訪問他。為什么會這么密集訪問他？就是他跟其他受訪者不一樣，他不但有事實根据，而且他從共產党跟他對陣的過程，看到共產党的脆弱性，他也知道中國的出路在哪里。他非常清楚，如果他不去改變共產党的某一些實在是太無法無天的行為，那不是亡党，而是整個國家都亡了。
所以我覺得，高智晟在當時我所見到的中國知識分子里，第一他的法學訓練非常完整﹔第二他的悲憫心很深刻，第三就是他的責任感跟他的判斷力非常准确，言簡意賅，一標中的，高智晟是從來不繞彎子的。
可是，當時我即便是訪問他那么多次，我差不多訪問到他30次以后，就感覺到我們要加緊訪問他，因為我判斷他一定會被抓。偶爾有跟高智晟稍微談到，他難道不怕被抓？我有感覺到，他不怕，而且他似乎把共產党抓他當成是他人生歷程一個必然要經過的。
所以我很佩服這樣的中國人，我覺得中國就是因為有高智晟這樣的人，讓我覺得這個國家還是有希望的。有敢于對抗共產党……因為這樣的人在過去台灣解除戒嚴的過程里，我也見到非常多。我們為什么在當年，1970-1980年，對于台灣覺得我們雖然在戒嚴体制下、在蔣經國的暴力統治底下，看起來很多人覺得台灣似乎前途無‘亮’，光亮的亮，可是我卻覺得因為有人是那么勇敢，敢于對抗這個政權，前仆后繼，所以我就感覺到台灣是有希望的。”
楊憲宏：高智晟看清須渡過黑暗，讓中國走向光明，有“我不入地獄誰入地獄”心情
楊憲宏：“高智晟其實在2005-2006年給我是有那個感覺，就是說他是一個先行者，先驅，他似乎看得很清楚，他必須渡過這個黑暗，才會讓中國走向光明。他也是‘我不入地獄誰入地獄’的那种心情。我覺得歷史上這种東西是萬中選一的，很難得可以遇到，但是遇到了當然就很珍惜了。一方面當然是很想保護他，可是一方面又覺得他的人生歷程走到那里，他有必然要經過的劫難，即使有那個劫難，是他打敗共產党，不是共產党會使他屈服。我當時就感覺到心知肚明，也激發起我們在台灣覺得中國是值得期待的，所期待的不是共產党，是期待那偉大的人民。高智晟是屬于這樣偉大的人民的這一种新人文地景中非常亮麗的部分。
我覺得，有時候我也會說其實中國已經很破敗，唯一美麗的風景是人，就是指高智晟這樣的人。雖然我也聽到中國游客到台灣來，他們說台灣最漂亮的地景就是人。那當然我就覺得，互相知道如何去欣賞互相之間的人性，表示兩岸之間其實是有很好的共識的，并不是沒有。可問題是這個共識不出現在我們跟共產党之間，是出現在我們跟中國的這些素樸的老百姓。當時我也曾經跟我的同事說過，我以前對于古文里頭講‘出淤泥而不染’，有時候會覺得說是不是會陳義過高？可是高智晟就是活生生一個例子，他就是出淤泥而不染──這么壞的土地，還是長出美麗的花，這個對我來說，是我整個在高智晟被捕之前常有的感覺。”
楊憲宏：高智晟的書讓我們知道中共的無人性，暴君的殘暴不是歷史，是現實
楊憲宏：“他那時候也常常帶著格格，這次格格來我也跟她講‘太記得了’。他常常帶著格格接受訪問，旁邊有16個公安緊追著他，他毫無懼色，我覺得那种歷史的場景，現在回想起來是非常壯闊，那才是真正人類歷史里最值得稱道的，我在高智晟身上都見到。
但他還是被捕了。被捕以后，我們就不停地關心，透過各种管道想要知道他在哪里。几乎有一整年我們完全沒有他的信息，這里頭就談到為什么我們這次這么重視他的書。我即便知道他被捕，也知道他被虐待，從來不知道中共的無人性、這個殘暴，那簡直是天誅地滅式的倒行是沒有辦法想象，高智晟把這整個細節都寫出來了。
我覺得這個是整個中國近代史最重要的文獻，也就是說，我們出現了一個……古代我們講暴君，焚城啊，焚書坑儒啦……講古代的暴君如何的殘暴，所謂的殺人如麻……全部在高智晟的書……讓我們知道，那個不是歷史，那是現實。”
楊憲宏：提醒台灣民眾和國會，讀高智晟書，固守台灣价值──自由民主、法治人權
楊憲宏：“所以，我不免在這次記者會的時候提醒台灣的民眾，提醒台灣的國會、台灣的政府說‘請仔細讀高智晟這本書，你會對每天面對的共產党有比較深刻的認識’。
也許我們在跟共產党對應的過程里，覺得這個共產党忽左忽右，忽上忽下。不容易掌握。我告訴你，這种政党根本就是一群無賴流氓。你衹要看高智晟的書，你就完全可以理解。
所以這回這個書我們幫忙出了以后，我們正在跟立法院一起，還有跟傅希秋牧師一起簽名，一本一本送給我們蔡英文總統，以及蔡英文政府所有的主管、所有的官員。我們要告訴他們說‘你看完了這本書以后，你油然升起一种──我們必須固守台灣价值──自由、民主、法治、人權的价值，以及我們必須堅持正義，而不要被中共所拋出來的一點小小的利益……以及拿出來個衹能作為价格的一些世俗的東西所迷惑，我們應該堅持价值，我們應該堅持正義。’”
楊憲宏：高智晟律師寫出這部書，蔡英文政府必須關切他，轉而對“709”律師整体關心
楊憲宏先生也談到中國大陸更大範圍律師的處境。
楊憲宏：“當然我們對于‘709’……去年到現在快一年了。這些被捕的律師，包括一些律師助理，像趙威，傳出她可能被強暴，這樣子的事情我們必須有非常深刻的警覺，我們必須采取行動救援。我們在出完高智晟的書以后，一直在要求蔡英文政府必須采取行動。面對這樣的東西不能視而不見，台灣必須有所作為。
我們最近看到香港……就在出高智晟的書時，我們看到林榮基出來所講述的，其實他們的故事是可以連接的。像林榮基所受的是‘初級版’，高智晟所受的是‘最終极版’，就是說，你可以看到這是連接在一起的，印証著共產党的邪惡無所不在。
高智晟的這個經歷，讓我們反照回去‘709’已經失蹤一年的這些律師，或是他的助理，因為從高智晟所經過的待遇，我們認為很多‘709’的律師，包括李和平、王宇……這些人可能受到侵犯跟酷刑。高智晟律師冒著死亡的危險透露這整個過程，我認為蔡英文政府官員應該熟讀他的書以后，把它運用在兩岸之間未來的交往。台灣不能照著共產党那一套欺騙的方法去做事了。像馬英九過去八年就是在共產党所設計的情境里頭，去表演那些，最后被唾棄。沒有那种說……把人關起來，根本不照法律來，不依法行政，然后可以逍遙的到處吃喝嫖賭，到處招搖撞騙──台灣人不會接受的。
我認為蔡英文政府必須表現出，當高智晟律師寫出這部書的時候，我們沒有理由還裝看不見、聽不到。蔡英文政府必須把台灣人關切高智晟律師的心情轉而對‘709’律師的整体的關心。
我認為‘709’律師的每一個人，未來一定要出現在台灣所拉出來的清單──在人權的清單里。甚至我們也可以拿一批書，送給我們的政府──下一次見到中共官員的時候，就把高智晟這本書送他‘請問，高智晟出的這書，你們怎么說？’”
楊憲宏：高智晟的書將是兩岸談判過程重要經典“這樣的事，請問你們現在干多少？”
楊憲宏：“我想，《環球時報》其實已經警覺到台灣未來的行動，所以在我們幵記者會的前一天就寫文章批評高智晟的書，說‘他胡說八道’。我們覺得是非常可笑，這不是你就‘此地無銀三百兩’嘛！所以，后來耿格在一個記者會里頭非常高調地表示對《環球時報》的感謝，‘幫我們做這么大的宣傳，表示中共已經看到這個書了，他已經了解了這個狀況。’
我們要告訴他，這本書以后就是兩岸談判的過程里一本重要的經典，我們要問‘這樣的事情，請問你們現在干多少？’我們可以點名點得很清楚──我們要知道他們的下落，要准許他們的家屬去探視，准許我們去關心這些家屬所看到的，甚至未來必須接受我們對這些人的關心──我覺得這是新的一個世代，是台灣跟中國交往一定要有條件。
前几天我們已經跟一些立委談到……很多立委來參加，包括國民党的立委、‘時代力量’的立委、親民党的立委，都對高智晟的情況是關心的。我們幵始要求這些立委，關心是不夠的，必須采取行動。
最近我認為台灣在這方面，尤其是國會，是有共識的，就是說中共如果侵害人權到這個程度，壓迫中國人到這個程度，如高智晟所敘述的這些事情，那我們要求共產党要給個說法，不能裝不知道，漫天撒謊，台灣不接受。”
楊憲宏：中共過去八年在台灣大量收買媒体，几乎買光，中共到處撒錢遮蓋他的殘暴
主持人：“因為有几場活動是在‘台大校友會’舉行，台灣各界、各年齡段的人，有什么在場反應您覺得值得一提？”
楊憲宏：“我想，台灣人大多數都非常惊訝，台灣能夠感覺到‘為什么這樣的事情我們不知道？’那我們必須很遺憾地講，中共在過去的八年在台灣大量收買媒体，不管是所謂的‘藍色媒体’或‘綠色媒体’，台灣的報紙、電視，或者廣播，几乎被買光了。所以對于這一類信息，我們在台灣的媒体几乎看不到，網絡上面雖然偶爾有些披露，可是問題是所謂‘主流網絡媒体’，這部分都被遮蓋了。
我相信這個遮蓋還不是衹有台灣，我認為美國或是其它國家這一類信息都像不是主流信息。因為至少我每天在台灣都看到Fox News或是CNN啊，可是我認為他們報道的篇幅是遠遠少于應有的數量。當然我們可以感覺到中共到處撒錢，就是想要去遮蓋他的殘暴、不人道的部分。”
楊憲宏：王毅加拿大暴跳如雷可笑。兩岸什么“九二共識”不重要，人權共識才重要
楊憲宏：“他敢做，其實不敢當，他也很怕人家知道。所以他在海外所表現的是一套……像王毅跑到加拿大去被問問題，就暴跳如雷，一副東窗事發的樣子。被知道了之后，很急，很焦慮，他知道這种事情被提了以后，他是多么的難以應付。他惱羞成怒，不檢討自己的國家，卻檢討別人。這也是很可笑了，但是因為這么可笑，它的歷史定位就變成是一個笑話了。
那一樣，台灣一定要非常清楚的告訴中國，兩岸之間什么‘九二共識’這些不重要，人權共識才重要。這是未來我們會很大聲講的。
我們拿著高智晟所講的事情去拜訪所有立委的時候，我們到今天為止，沒有碰到過一個立委，或是一個社會人士告訴我們說‘這個是真的嗎？’大家看完以后都非常震動，反而回頭檢討自己說‘我為什么不知道？’
我收到非常多的信息，很多的人都來跟我表達，說希望以后我們可以再給他們知道更多。大家對台灣目前的媒体如此幫共產党遮蓋都感覺非常遺憾。
當然，最近很多這一類媒体都要倒了。所以，我們大家也知道，台灣還是有公平正義的──你即使幫共產党幫到家，你自己也沒辦法活了，已經失去自己存在的正當性。”
楊憲宏：你還跟共產党要站一邊嗎？還是我們愿意跟高智晟站在一起？
楊憲宏：“包括自由亞洲電台，《紐約時報》，日本的NHK、《朝日新聞》……都做了非常完整的報道。英國的媒体，歐洲的媒体，他們做了完整的報道。所以我們感覺到‘德不孤必有鄰’哪！
我們可以用這本書問大家‘兄弟！你站哪一邊？’這個事情是沒有模糊的，不能說‘哎呀！這個我不知道。’那‘請讀書，請買書，請看書！’知道了以后，我們要問‘那你還跟共產党要站一邊嗎？還是我們愿意跟高智晟站在一起？’
我覺得這個就是一种海嘯式的心理与心理之間的意志戰爭哪。我們也希望共產党的党員看完這本書，知道你的党是一個這么邪惡、這么爛的政党，你們自己要想辦法，怎么解決？如果你們自己沒有辦法解決，就如同高智晟在書里頭預言的，2017年你們就再見了，你走進歷史的垃圾堆。”
楊憲宏：共產党今天搞到這樣人人自危，請問這個党還能夠撐多久呢？
主持人：“您講到高智晟律師關于2017年的預言，關于這個問題，讀者中或者我們所見到的網上，有一些爭論，您個人是怎么看高律師發出的這個預言？”
楊憲宏：“我想，高律師是這樣講，是有他非常近距离的觀察，他的觀察非常細微。共產党下令要折磨他，用暴行去對付他，用非常邪惡的手段去做。即便是有一些附從共產党的宵小真的是照著這樣去做以外，我從書里看到高智晟律師觀察到，有很多人是不同意的，他們的心還是人心做的。在共產党壓迫下，要去做這些事情，他們是不情愿的。雖然中間有人同情高智晟，表示出他的同情以后，馬上被他們的上司當場在高智晟面前就打倒。
你覺得這樣的場景代表了什么？代表邪惡其實是戰胜不了公道的，戰胜不了正義的。連吃共產党一碗飯的這些人，心里頭都不認為共產党這樣對付一個這樣的中國的良心是對的。
所以，他們心中所潛藏的一個爆發力，這個不是衹有几個人，我認為是非常多的。我也認為，共產党今天搞到這樣人人自危，包括習近平最近發出的感嘆，說‘党內到處都是陰謀家、野心家，還有雙面人’，他還仔細描述‘雙面人’。
我就覺得很好笑，也就是他講的好多人根本就不你跟共產党是走在一路的。國家領導人都已經告訴我們了，那這個數量已經大到某种程度。
如果印証高智晟從共產党地獄里頭所見到的東西，跟習近平是住在共產党天堂里所看到的東西其實是一樣的，不同的表達而已。請問，這個党還能夠撐多久呢？”
楊憲宏：每一個關心中國未來的人，你准備好沒有？
楊憲宏：“至于高智晟講的2017年，有他的判斷，我們尊重，也很快就會到。但是，我覺得高智晟寫出這個時間點，他不是算命師。我認為他微言大義的是說，如果共產党……我們都認為他會倒，如果你心里頭還沒有准備他倒，他就不會倒。你如果認為‘我們准備好，你倒，反正天塌下來我們頂’他就瞬間垮掉。
所以我最近在記者會的時候曾經講，高智晟說的是‘2017年，起來中國’嘛，有些人覺得他的語義好像有什么玄机，那我說‘把他的逗號’稍微移一個字，就比較簡單了。就是‘2017年起，來中國’，說那時候中國共產党亡了，你可以來了，這個地方變成一個比較和平、溫馨的土地了，不再是冷酷無情、殘酷邪惡的地方。
我相信……因為我們最近對于共產党內部的矛盾已經失控的狀態其實有一定的了解，所以在這里我們比較不會跟人家去辯論說‘2017年有什么根据？’這個不重要。我們要問的是‘每一個關心中國未來的人，你准備好沒有？如果那一天到了，共產党整個垮掉了，請問大家准備好沒有？’──其實這才是高智晟律師這書最重要的一個當頭棒喝。”
