4月15日，大陸微博和海外推特都流傳一段“35名城管手持狼牙棒，當街把17歲少年打成肉泥，事后稱：打錯了”的視頻，再次引爆輿論。
有網友說：“這才是真正的黑社會”、“現實的中國”、“打對了也不能下這狠手吧”、“打人還能打對打錯，就算是犯罪份子也衹能制服，等待調查審判”。
也有網友質疑這是舊聞：“強烈建議平台，發視頻必須注明拍攝日期，別拿過去的東西在當下說事。”
但遭到很多網友的回复，網名“蕭夢涵2008”表示:“過去的就不說了？那為什么要恨日本？今天他們又沒打過來。”
網友淋淋說:“多久算過去？過去是代表沒發生？”
狼牙棒上都是釘子 讓人不寒而栗
經記者查閱，此事發生在2011年10月，云南省昆明市官渡區大板橋鎮的一家KTV，死者名叫符國俊，出生于1993年，一名年僅17歲的少年。2011年10月7日凌晨兩點30分左右，當時他和几位朋友來到當地一家叫“盛世之都KTV”給朋友慶生，結果令人沒想到的事發生了。
事發當晚，符國俊和表弟崔文浩等人為朋友慶祝生日玩到凌晨兩點多，他們從KTV出來，來到對面一家賣米線的小吃攤吃夜宵，正在他們有說有笑的時候，突然從夜色中冒出30多名穿著類似“城管”制服手持武器的人員，什么招呼都沒打，就朝著符國俊打過來，直接將他打翻在地。
符國俊的父親符昆接到兒子被打的消息后，立刻赶到事發現場，那群毆打者還沒离幵，符國俊的父親看著對方都統一穿著制服，便問是哪個單位的，對方蠻橫地回答不要問，隨后要沖過來打他們。
父親看到兒子快要不行了，就火速將他送到醫院搶救，醫生對符國俊的家屬深感抱歉，說他們已經盡力了，但病人傷得太重，連肝臟都被打出來，大小便失禁，抽出來都是血，幵顱手術發現里面骨頭是碎的，耳朵被打爛，慘不忍睹。
面對手無寸鐵的17歲少年，這35個成年人怎么下得了手？當日早上，符國俊的家屬憤怒地將符國俊的靈堂設在大板橋鎮街道辦事處門口，四周被圍了個水泄不通，還在一輛面包車內發現了那晚多把的行凶武器，有鋼管、鐵錘、斧頭、刀子、警棍等，甚至還有狼牙棒，符國俊的血跡還殘留在這些凶器上。
据當地村民介紹，這些凶器大概有三四十件，其中狼牙棒上都是釘子，看了讓人不寒而栗。這么多触目惊心的各种各樣的凶器，很難想像得出事發當晚，符國俊是忍受著多么痛苦的摧殘，他是有多么的無助和絕望。
父親符昆認為，符國俊無緣無故被打死，要討個說法。即便他犯了什么法，誰也沒有權利用打人的方法置于他死地。
此事件給符國俊的家人帶來了巨大痛苦，因為他是獨生子，一家人的希望就此破滅。
網友說：“打錯人了，就可能會按照過失致人死亡和故意殺人未遂來判，說打對人了就是故意殺人既遂。”

. According to the reporter's investigation, the incident happened in October 2011 in a KTV in Dabanqiao Town, Guandu District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province. The deceased was named Fu Guojun, born in 1993, a young man Only 17 years old boy. At around 2:30 am on October 7, 2011, he and a few friends came to a local KTV called "Prosperous Capital KTV" to celebrate their friends' birthdays. As a result, something unexpected happened.
On the night when the incident happened, Fu Guojun, his cousin Cui Wenhao and others celebrated their friends' birthdays until two o'clock in the morning. They came out of the KTV and came to a food stall selling rice noodles opposite for supper.
