“退休公務人員優惠存款年息18%,立委邱毅今天（13日）爆料,蔡英文自己也領18%,410萬優惠存款額度,每個月光是利息就領6萬,居綠營之冠。另外綠軍天王們,像是前行政院長游錫堃月領近3萬...。”
游錫堃 公職年資 12年2月 優惠存款1,945,700元 月領息 29,185元
政務官的優惠存款,依以下兩條法令辦理。
民國92年12月31日之前的法令規定,政務官的年資只要超過兩年,就能領一次退職酬勞金。 資格限制,法條1
惟有在85年5月1日之前擔任的公職年資,其所核發之退職酬勞金,才能夠辦理優惠利息存款。 年資限制,法條2
政務官優惠存款額度可以用以下的簡單公式估算。
優惠存款額度=月俸基數x年資基數 公式(1)
月俸基數是以退職生效日在職同職務人員之月俸額加一倍為基數,
月俸基數=月俸額x2。
年資基數是每服務一年給與一個半基數,尾數不滿六個月者,給與一個基數,滿六個月以上者,以一年計。
相當於:
年資基數=年資x1.5+1 (尾數不滿六個月者),
或 =年資x1.5+1.5 (尾數滿六個月以上者)
依公式(1),估算游錫堃的優惠存款
月俸基數=月俸額x2=92480x2=184960元(部長級以上的官員月俸92,480元)
游曾擔任宜蘭縣長8年,在85年4月30日之前的公職,只有6年4個月(註1)
年資基數=6x1.5+1=10 (6年4個月)
優惠存款金額＝月俸基數x年資基數
＝184960元x10=1849600元
游實際定存1945700元是1849600元的1.052倍
誤差只有5.2%,因此,游錫堃的優惠存款金額1945700元是依法核定的。
這個女人,她在85年4月30日之前的公職,只有9年3個月,
年資基數=9x1.5+1=14.5
她的年資基數是游的1.45倍(14.5/10=1.45)
她的職務較游低,月俸額肯定比游低,游是院長等級月俸額,
因此她能夠辦理的優惠存款金額至多只能是游的1.45倍
＝游的優惠存款金額x1.45
＝1945700x1.45=2821265元,約282萬元
然而台銀為她辦理的優惠定存金額是4,108,600元,約411萬元,
多出129萬元(411－282),
她的優惠存款金額411萬元,顯然是非法核定的。

人類獨特性的：柏拉圖(蘇格拉底認識你自己的柏拉圖解答)問題。柏拉圖認為人類的獨特性在捕捉真正的實在，把握最普遍、顛撲不破的真理。弗雷格與羅素一脈相承，把握信念與實在的關係。分析哲學家則聚焦於語言，通過對語言的細緻分析而把握最終的真理。分析哲學孜孜不倦地追索普遍永恆的真理，往往在科學探究中會感受到這種普遍主義的肅穆莊嚴面(一絲不苟)。歐陸哲學給出另一種答案：尼采認為把人類區分開來的是人類對自身的改造，黑格爾與海德格繼之。唯，黑格爾批康的繼承兩方為同一性與統一性而仍有不逮。[2]
原義仍以經驗主義與理性主義的一雙翅膀：帶領人類探究自己與世界及其關係(安身立命→世代安身立命為文化/西中：競鬥爭的資源耗損獨攔中心vs和合的資源創造分享中心。另為印度的命定論，非洲的自然論。)之確立。就此：

能力、實力、成長與發展到底是經驗主義呢？還是理性主義呢？或是哈克的合取論點呢？[3]其實，這正是哲學二元辯證的斷續根本問題。柏亞開創，上述明晰，黑格爾同一性與統一性終結而理念美學。即：理念藉精神，以概念異化自己。旣是發展，也是成長，是謂精神現象學。然而，方法明確，概念内容虛空而自由→民本及愛與和解→四維八德(回到生活世界- -現象學)。
回到生活世界即：
家庭啟蒙vs康德伏爾泰啟蒙
學前教育vs庭訓家教母教
國小vs比年入學
國中vs中年考校
高中職vs視
學士vs小成
碩士vs大成
博士vs大學
vs左邊是發展，乃生命歷程的生理自然發展，如種子的發芽開花結果自然現象，人乃比、一、三、五、七、九年。但是，相對於這個經驗主義，入學、考校、離經辨志、敬業樂群、博習親師、論學取友、知類通達、化民易俗大學，這就是理性主義而為右邊。這就是成長了，乃曰成。因此：
古之教者，家有塾，黨有庠。術有序，國有學。比年入學，中年考校。一年視離經辨志，三年視敬業樂群，五年視博習親師，七年視論學取友，謂之小成。九年知類通達，強立而不反，謂之大成。夫然後足以化民易俗，近者說服而遠者懷之，此大學之道也。《記》曰：蛾子時術之。其，此之謂乎。(《大學4》)
尤其是：
神无方而易无體，一陰一陽之謂道。繼之者善也，成之者性也。仁者見之謂之仁，知者見之謂之知。百姓日用而不知，習俗性禮仁矣而不察焉。故，君子之道鮮矣。(《易經˙繫辭上4-5》)
所以，最化約的說：
經驗主義vs理性主義/(即)文明vs文化！(之判！乃：文明僅係階段性的人文創造表現，文化則為歷時性與共時性的人文傳承開創表現。)
故：
