【看中国2021年8月14日讯】（看中国记者安子琪采访报导）被誉为“中国良心”的著名人权律师高智晟被中共绑架失踪已整四年。声援高智晟获自由，要求国际社会制裁中共的呼声愈高。美国天主教大学高级访问学者陈光诚先生呼吁美国政府施压中共，还高智晟自由。他还表示美国限制中共党员和家属签证很有效，可乘胜追击，联合众盟国跟进，共同彰显天道。也希望高智晟夫人耿和与家人们坚强坚持下去。
呼吁美国政府施压中共 还高智晟自由
陈光诚认为，四年来，中共没有任何理由和借口，将高智晟律师非法绑架、关押、与外界失去所有联系，实质上是用黑手党的手段，做着土匪和流氓的勾当。
陈光诚表示，营救高智晟律师，美国需要跳出外交层面解决。要把高智晟提出来放在议事日程，向中共谈，要求中共告知高智晟身在何处，并还高智晟律师自由。
限制中共党员和家属签证很有效 多盟国都可效仿
陈光诚认为美国进行制裁是有效的，美国政府在去年限制中共党员和家属入美签证更有效。他说：“从人类历史上讲，美国把中共这一个黑权力集团作为一个对象进行制裁，这是史无前例的。力度是非常非常大的。到目前为止，最有效的就是这个。继续执行，还要乘胜追击。”
他认为只有这样，才能真正触及那些本来就是为获取利益而加入中共的人，“以前没有什么损失，现在就有了损失。如果美国乘胜追击，联合其他盟国，让中共党员走不出国门。”还要对中共人权迫害者进行责任追究。
中国民众对中共邪恶的认识在快速提高
陈光诚认为这样做，一定会得到中国大多数民众的强力支持，陈光诚认为：“中国民众对中共（邪恶）的认识在快速提高，由于中共管控打压在升级，民众不愿为几句话而被限制自由，表面上看在网络上发表言论的少了。但网络上能看到的发表的言论少，或没有管道发表出来，不代表中国民众对中共的谎言没有认识”。
他举了两个例子说明这一点。他说，去年美中贸易战，美国贸易加关税政策刚一宣布，“很短时间内，在美驻华大使馆微博就有827留言。中共删掉了813个，只留下几个迎合中共的留言。这是一个很好的例子，就是中国老百姓有自己不同于中共的观点。”
他提到的另一个例子是5月31日，一篇贴文说中共调整计划生育，鼓励三娃政策，很快就有三万条留言，93%都是反对。
譬如，“爱谁生谁生，反正我不生”；“韭菜不够用了，你们想让人们生孩子了”等。后来整个文章都被下架了。6月1日，这篇文章完全从《人民日报》、《新华社》等官网上消失了。
人民努力减少中共寿命 尽快把它扫到历史垃圾堆
陈光诚认为中共政权来日无多，“我觉得中共政权现在正在加速的滑向深渊，在它覆灭之前，对中共这个杀人不眨眼的魔鬼来讲，它还是会做恶的。但中国人民的努力，世界人民的努力，可以减少中共的寿命，尽快把它扫到历史的垃圾堆里。天道常在：人做善事可以改命，做坏事也可以改命，中共做这么多恶事，也就自己在不断消减它的阳寿。中国老百姓有这样的认识”。
人民有清醒的认识，等待天道的彰显，但陈光诚认为也不能等着天上掉馅饼：“上天的手也是通过人来做。面对浩天，人自己也要努力，不能等奇迹发生。”
中共不是铁板一块 更多人都可援助高智晟
陈光诚深知高智晟家人所经历的痛苦和承受的压力，但他还是希望并期待他们不断发出声音，不要失望，他说，“耿和嫂子，这些年如何渡过，经历了怎样的煎熬，我们都理解。非常非常不容易。中共压制高智晟的任何信息，代表它非常关注这个事情。”
陈光诚说，现在有中共网络水军贴出诋毁高智晟律师的坏话，造谣捏造，目的是把水搅浑。也有水军在海外为中共工作的人，他们的良心或许不至于正邪不分，是非不明，他们贴一些造谣言论，只是他们的工作。这些对高智晟家人的伤害是大的。“你们尽可忽略这些杂音，这些本身就是中共宣称、统战、破坏的一部分。”
就帮助高智晟律师而言，陈光诚认为相关的普通人也可以施以援手：“中共也不是铁板一块。从自己的条件，比如说生活在中国，生活在中共体制内，通过体制、这个系统，通过侧面去交流一下了解一下，到底高智晟在哪里？完全可以啊，通过这些渠道做一些善事”。
陈光诚说：“中国人很聪明，很多人都有很多办法，声音多了就会产生能量。目前不方便公开的做，可以私下的做”。
他说这样也不会危及报信者的人身安全：“这并不是让谁丢了拿薪水的机会，只是了解一下，通过侧面把消息放出来。在合适的时候，国际社会关注力度大时，中共也会妥协。”

The CCP is not a monolith, more people can help Gao Zhisheng
Chen Guangcheng is well aware of the pain and pressure Gao Zhisheng's family has experienced, but he still hopes and expects them to continue to speak out and not be disappointed. I understand.
