李进进、王书君、胡平等等“纪念胡耀邦赵紫阳基金会”的董事们为何要刻意掩盖这个实际控制人“Amei Zhang”，而是非要宣称苏绍智和陈一咨是该基金会的实际控制人啊？胡平们为何非要挂羊头卖狗肉啊？胡平们为何要让苏绍智和陈一咨为他们頂缸当保护伞啊？这分明就暴露了胡平们成立的“纪念胡耀邦赵紫阳基金会”就是一个见不得阳光的中共地下联络站！

在这不到一个月时间里，这个基金会的“董事会”就被悄悄地改成了“理事会”。这个基金会为何要玩这种文字游戏？那是因为“董事会”要遵守美国的非赢利机构的要求，定期召开董事会，各个董事有投票权。而他们将“董事会”改成“理事会”后，就可以随心所欲地解释他们独出心裁的“理事会”仅仅是一个名誉机构，理事们仅仅是挂名，对该机构的管理没有任何发言权和决策权。
该基金会的创始董事是：王书君、王丹、兰征、刘青、陈一咨、李进进、李恒青、苏绍智、张艾枚、胡平、封从德、夏明、熊元健、丘宏达、高文谦。
该基金会现今的理事是：胡平，张博树，李恒清，王书君，叶宁，熊元健，张艾枚，易改，于大海，孙忠雄，邓聿文，李进进。
现在，我再次请该基金会的发起董事们和现任的董事们都要坦白交待究竟谁是张阿妹（Amei Zhang）？你们同张阿妹究竟是什么关系？
另外还要回答的问题是：究竟谁是这个基金会的注册人？不要瞎掰什么“法人代表”，那是中国公司法的概念。
