台湾央广主持人杨宪宏：“我看到他书的内容，那时候那个震撼...如果他不去改变共产党的某一些实在是太无法无天的行为，那不是亡党，而是整个国家都亡了。我觉得中国就是因为有高智晟这样的人，让我觉得这个国家还是有希望的。他是一个先行者，先驱，他似乎看得很清楚，他必须渡过这样的人中国有希望这个黑暗，才会让中国走向光明。中共的无人性、这个残暴，那简直是天诛地灭式的倒行是没有办法想象，高智晟把这整个细节都写出来了。

为高智晟律师的新书《2017年，起来中国》作序的杨宪宏先生，是出版者之一“台湾关怀中国人权联盟”的主席，也是台湾中央广播电台《为人民服务——杨宪宏时间》节目的主持人。他撰写的序言题目是《他心中存藏的山河与日月》。
杨宪宏先生谈他看到高智晟律师新书时的心情和他曾经对高律师做过的采访。
杨宪宏：“我看到他书的内容，那时候那个震撼……其实我在高智晟律师被捕之前，我在中央广播电台的节目曾经访问过他55次。几乎每个礼拜都有访问他。为什么会这么密集访问他？就是他跟其他受访者不一样，他不但有事实根据，而且他从共产党跟他对阵的过程，看到共产党的脆弱性，他也知道中国的出路在哪里。他非常清楚，如果他不去改变共产党的某一些实在是太无法无天的行为，那不是亡党，而是整个国家都亡了。
所以我觉得，高智晟在当时我所见到的中国知识分子里，第一他的法学训练非常完整；第二他的悲悯心很深刻，第三就是他的责任感跟他的判断力非常准确，言简意赅，一标中的，高智晟是从来不绕弯子的。
可是，当时我即便是访问他那么多次，我差不多访问到他30次以后，就感觉到我们要加紧访问他，因为我判断他一定会被抓。偶尔有跟高智晟稍微谈到，他难道不怕被抓？我有感觉到，他不怕，而且他似乎把共产党抓他当成是他人生历程一个必然要经过的。
所以我很佩服这样的中国人，我觉得中国就是因为有高智晟这样的人，让我觉得这个国家还是有希望的。有敢于对抗共产党……因为这样的人在过去台湾解除戒严的过程里，我也见到非常多。我们为什么在当年，1970-1980年，对于台湾觉得我们虽然在戒严体制下、在蒋经国的暴力统治底下，看起来很多人觉得台湾似乎前途无‘亮’，光亮的亮，可是我却觉得因为有人是那么勇敢，敢于对抗这个政权，前仆后继，所以我就感觉到台湾是有希望的。”
杨宪宏：高智晟看清须渡过黑暗，让中国走向光明，有“我不入地狱谁入地狱”心情
杨宪宏：“高智晟其实在2005-2006年给我是有那个感觉，就是说他是一个先行者，先驱，他似乎看得很清楚，他必须渡过这个黑暗，才会让中国走向光明。他也是‘我不入地狱谁入地狱’的那种心情。我觉得历史上这种东西是万中选一的，很难得可以遇到，但是遇到了当然就很珍惜了。一方面当然是很想保护他，可是一方面又觉得他的人生历程走到那里，他有必然要经过的劫难，即使有那个劫难，是他打败共产党，不是共产党会使他屈服。我当时就感觉到心知肚明，也激发起我们在台湾觉得中国是值得期待的，所期待的不是共产党，是期待那伟大的人民。高智晟是属于这样伟大的人民的这一种新人文地景中非常亮丽的部分。
我觉得，有时候我也会说其实中国已经很破败，唯一美丽的风景是人，就是指高智晟这样的人。虽然我也听到中国游客到台湾来，他们说台湾最漂亮的地景就是人。那当然我就觉得，互相知道如何去欣赏互相之间的人性，表示两岸之间其实是有很好的共识的，并不是没有。可问题是这个共识不出现在我们跟共产党之间，是出现在我们跟中国的这些素朴的老百姓。当时我也曾经跟我的同事说过，我以前对于古文里头讲‘出淤泥而不染’，有时候会觉得说是不是会陈义过高？可是高智晟就是活生生一个例子，他就是出淤泥而不染——这么坏的土地，还是长出美丽的花，这个对我来说，是我整个在高智晟被捕之前常有的感觉。”
杨宪宏：高智晟的书让我们知道中共的无人性，暴君的残暴不是历史，是现实
杨宪宏：“他那时候也常常带着格格，这次格格来我也跟她讲‘太记得了’。他常常带着格格接受访问，旁边有16个公安紧追着他，他毫无惧色，我觉得那种历史的场景，现在回想起来是非常壮阔，那才是真正人类历史里最值得称道的，我在高智晟身上都见到。
但他还是被捕了。被捕以后，我们就不停地关心，透过各种管道想要知道他在哪里。几乎有一整年我们完全没有他的信息，这里头就谈到为什么我们这次这么重视他的书。我即便知道他被捕，也知道他被虐待，从来不知道中共的无人性、这个残暴，那简直是天诛地灭式的倒行是没有办法想象，高智晟把这整个细节都写出来了。
我觉得这个是整个中国近代史最重要的文献，也就是说，我们出现了一个……古代我们讲暴君，焚城啊，焚书坑儒啦……讲古代的暴君如何的残暴，所谓的杀人如麻……全部在高智晟的书……让我们知道，那个不是历史，那是现实。”
杨宪宏：提醒台湾民众和国会，读高智晟书，固守台湾价值——自由民主、法治人权
杨宪宏：“所以，我不免在这次记者会的时候提醒台湾的民众，提醒台湾的国会、台湾的政府说‘请仔细读高智晟这本书，你会对每天面对的共产党有比较深刻的认识’。
也许我们在跟共产党对应的过程里，觉得这个共产党忽左忽右，忽上忽下。不容易掌握。我告诉你，这种政党根本就是一群无赖流氓。你只要看高智晟的书，你就完全可以理解。
所以这回这个书我们帮忙出了以后，我们正在跟立法院一起，还有跟傅希秋牧师一起签名，一本一本送给我们蔡英文总统，以及蔡英文政府所有的主管、所有的官员。我们要告诉他们说‘你看完了这本书以后，你油然升起一种——我们必须固守台湾价值——自由、民主、法治、人权的价值，以及我们必须坚持正义，而不要被中共所抛出来的一点小小的利益……以及拿出来个只能作为价格的一些世俗的东西所迷惑，我们应该坚持价值，我们应该坚持正义。’”
杨宪宏：高智晟律师写出这部书，蔡英文政府必须关切他，转而对“709”律师整体关心
杨宪宏先生也谈到中国大陆更大范围律师的处境。
杨宪宏：“当然我们对于‘709’……去年到现在快一年了。这些被捕的律师，包括一些律师助理，像赵威，传出她可能被强暴，这样子的事情我们必须有非常深刻的警觉，我们必须采取行动救援。我们在出完高智晟的书以后，一直在要求蔡英文政府必须采取行动。面对这样的东西不能视而不见，台湾必须有所作为。
我们最近看到香港……就在出高智晟的书时，我们看到林荣基出来所讲述的，其实他们的故事是可以连接的。像林荣基所受的是‘初级版’，高智晟所受的是‘最终极版’，就是说，你可以看到这是连接在一起的，印证着共产党的邪恶无所不在。
高智晟的这个经历，让我们反照回去‘709’已经失踪一年的这些律师，或是他的助理，因为从高智晟所经过的待遇，我们认为很多‘709’的律师，包括李和平、王宇……这些人可能受到侵犯跟酷刑。高智晟律师冒着死亡的危险透露这整个过程，我认为蔡英文政府官员应该熟读他的书以后，把它运用在两岸之间未来的交往。台湾不能照着共产党那一套欺骗的方法去做事了。像马英九过去八年就是在共产党所设计的情境里头，去表演那些，最后被唾弃。没有那种说……把人关起来，根本不照法律来，不依法行政，然后可以逍遥的到处吃喝嫖赌，到处招摇撞骗——台湾人不会接受的。
我认为蔡英文政府必须表现出，当高智晟律师写出这部书的时候，我们没有理由还装看不见、听不到。蔡英文政府必须把台湾人关切高智晟律师的心情转而对‘709’律师的整体的关心。
我认为‘709’律师的每一个人，未来一定要出现在台湾所拉出来的清单——在人权的清单里。甚至我们也可以拿一批书，送给我们的政府——下一次见到中共官员的时候，就把高智晟这本书送他‘请问，高智晟出的这书，你们怎么说？’”
杨宪宏：高智晟的书将是两岸谈判过程重要经典“这样的事，请问你们现在干多少？”
杨宪宏：“我想，《环球时报》其实已经警觉到台湾未来的行动，所以在我们开记者会的前一天就写文章批评高智晟的书，说‘他胡说八道’。我们觉得是非常可笑，这不是你就‘此地无银三百两’嘛！所以，后来耿格在一个记者会里头非常高调地表示对《环球时报》的感谢，‘帮我们做这么大的宣传，表示中共已经看到这个书了，他已经了解了这个状况。’
我们要告诉他，这本书以后就是两岸谈判的过程里一本重要的经典，我们要问‘这样的事情，请问你们现在干多少？’我们可以点名点得很清楚——我们要知道他们的下落，要准许他们的家属去探视，准许我们去关心这些家属所看到的，甚至未来必须接受我们对这些人的关心——我觉得这是新的一个世代，是台湾跟中国交往一定要有条件。
前几天我们已经跟一些立委谈到……很多立委来参加，包括国民党的立委、‘时代力量’的立委、亲民党的立委，都对高智晟的情况是关心的。我们开始要求这些立委，关心是不够的，必须采取行动。
最近我认为台湾在这方面，尤其是国会，是有共识的，就是说中共如果侵害人权到这个程度，压迫中国人到这个程度，如高智晟所叙述的这些事情，那我们要求共产党要给个说法，不能装不知道，漫天撒谎，台湾不接受。”
杨宪宏：中共过去八年在台湾大量收买媒体，几乎买光，中共到处撒钱遮盖他的残暴
主持人：“因为有几场活动是在‘台大校友会’举行，台湾各界、各年龄段的人，有什么在场反应您觉得值得一提？”
杨宪宏：“我想，台湾人大多数都非常惊讶，台湾能够感觉到‘为什么这样的事情我们不知道？’那我们必须很遗憾地讲，中共在过去的八年在台湾大量收买媒体，不管是所谓的‘蓝色媒体’或‘绿色媒体’，台湾的报纸、电视，或者广播，几乎被买光了。所以对于这一类信息，我们在台湾的媒体几乎看不到，网络上面虽然偶尔有些披露，可是问题是所谓‘主流网络媒体’，这部分都被遮盖了。
我相信这个遮盖还不是只有台湾，我认为美国或是其它国家这一类信息都像不是主流信息。因为至少我每天在台湾都看到Fox News或是CNN啊，可是我认为他们报道的篇幅是远远少于应有的数量。当然我们可以感觉到中共到处撒钱，就是想要去遮盖他的残暴、不人道的部分。”
杨宪宏：王毅加拿大暴跳如雷可笑。两岸什么“九二共识”不重要，人权共识才重要
杨宪宏：“他敢做，其实不敢当，他也很怕人家知道。所以他在海外所表现的是一套……像王毅跑到加拿大去被问问题，就暴跳如雷，一副东窗事发的样子。被知道了之后，很急，很焦虑，他知道这种事情被提了以后，他是多么的难以应付。他恼羞成怒，不检讨自己的国家，却检讨别人。这也是很可笑了，但是因为这么可笑，它的历史定位就变成是一个笑话了。
那一样，台湾一定要非常清楚的告诉中国，两岸之间什么‘九二共识’这些不重要，人权共识才重要。这是未来我们会很大声讲的。
我们拿着高智晟所讲的事情去拜访所有立委的时候，我们到今天为止，没有碰到过一个立委，或是一个社会人士告诉我们说‘这个是真的吗？’大家看完以后都非常震动，反而回头检讨自己说‘我为什么不知道？’
我收到非常多的信息，很多的人都来跟我表达，说希望以后我们可以再给他们知道更多。大家对台湾目前的媒体如此帮共产党遮盖都感觉非常遗憾。
当然，最近很多这一类媒体都要倒了。所以，我们大家也知道，台湾还是有公平正义的——你即使帮共产党帮到家，你自己也没办法活了，已经失去自己存在的正当性。”
杨宪宏：你还跟共产党要站一边吗？还是我们愿意跟高智晟站在一起？
杨宪宏：“包括自由亚洲电台，《纽约时报》，日本的NHK、《朝日新闻》……都做了非常完整的报道。英国的媒体，欧洲的媒体，他们做了完整的报道。所以我们感觉到‘德不孤必有邻’哪！
我们可以用这本书问大家‘兄弟！你站哪一边？’这个事情是没有模糊的，不能说‘哎呀！这个我不知道。’那‘请读书，请买书，请看书！’知道了以后，我们要问‘那你还跟共产党要站一边吗？还是我们愿意跟高智晟站在一起？’
我觉得这个就是一种海啸式的心理与心理之间的意志战争哪。我们也希望共产党的党员看完这本书，知道你的党是一个这么邪恶、这么烂的政党，你们自己要想办法，怎么解决？如果你们自己没有办法解决，就如同高智晟在书里头预言的，2017年你们就さようなら再见了，你走进历史的垃圾堆。”
杨宪宏：共产党今天搞到这样人人自危，请问这个党还能够撑多久呢？
主持人：“您讲到高智晟律师关于2017年的预言，关于这个问题，读者中或者我们所见到的网上，有一些争论，您个人是怎么看高律师发出的这个预言？”
杨宪宏：“我想，高律师是这样讲，是有他非常近距离的观察，他的观察非常细微。共产党下令要折磨他，用暴行去对付他，用非常邪恶的手段去做。即便是有一些附从共产党的宵小真的是照着这样去做以外，我从书里看到高智晟律师观察到，有很多人是不同意的，他们的心还是人心做的。在共产党压迫下，要去做这些事情，他们是不情愿的。虽然中间有人同情高智晟，表示出他的同情以后，马上被他们的上司当场在高智晟面前就打倒。
你觉得这样的场景代表了什么？代表邪恶其实是战胜不了公道的，战胜不了正义的。连吃共产党一碗饭的这些人，心里头都不认为共产党这样对付一个这样的中国的良心是对的。
所以，他们心中所潜藏的一个爆发力，这个不是只有几个人，我认为是非常多的。我也认为，共产党今天搞到这样人人自危，包括习近平最近发出的感叹，说‘党内到处都是阴谋家、野心家，还有双面人’，他还仔细描述‘双面人’。
我就觉得很好笑，也就是他讲的好多人根本就不你跟共产党是走在一路的。国家领导人都已经告诉我们了，那这个数量已经大到某种程度。
如果印证高智晟从共产党地狱里头所见到的东西，跟习近平是住在共产党天堂里所看到的东西其实是一样的，不同的表达而已。请问，这个党还能够撑多久呢？”
杨宪宏：每一个关心中国未来的人，你准备好没有？
杨宪宏：“至于高智晟讲的2017年，有他的判断，我们尊重，也很快就会到。但是，我觉得高智晟写出这个时间点，他不是算命师。我认为他微言大义的是说，如果共产党……我们都认为他会倒，如果你心里头还没有准备他倒，他就不会倒。你如果认为‘我们准备好，你倒，反正天塌下来我们顶’他就瞬间垮掉。
所以我最近在记者会的时候曾经讲，高智晟说的是‘2017年，起来中国’嘛，有些人觉得他的语义好像有什么玄机，那我说‘把他的逗号’稍微移一个字，就比较简单了。就是‘2017年起，来中国’，说那时候中国共产党亡了，你可以来了，这个地方变成一个比较和平、温馨的土地了，不再是冷酷无情、残酷邪恶的地方。
我相信……因为我们最近对于共产党内部的矛盾已经失控的状态其实有一定的了解，所以在这里我们比较不会跟人家去辩论说‘2017年有什么根据？’这个不重要。我们要问的是‘每一个关心中国未来的人，你准备好没有？如果那一天到了，共产党整个垮掉了，请问大家准备好没有？’——其实这才是高智晟律师这书最重要的一个当头棒喝。”
