一生力挺中華民國、堅定反共的美國眾議員周以德（Walter Judd）有句名言﹕“20世紀教給我們一件事﹕共產黨永遠是共產黨；不能對它有幻想。”這位橫貫世紀（1994年去世，享年96歲）的美國政治家一生反共，對共產黨邪惡有深刻認知。在21世紀的今天，更可看出周以德的真知灼見，因中共建政后，在沒有外來侵略的和平時期，竟導致八千萬中國人死于迫害、槍殺和人為政策的大飢荒。現在，共產黨不僅殺害中國人，甚至用病毒謀害世界，導致全球2億人感染，400萬人喪生！
雖然中共否認，但各種研究和證據顯示，新冠病毒來自中國武漢病毒研究所，並且很可能是中共研製的生物武器。這從幾個方面都可看出：
第一，全球都在質問，為什麼疫情首發在中國武漢？答案很清楚：因為中國唯一的最高等級（當然也是最毒的）病毒研究所就在武漢。中國有九百多萬平方公里，30多個省市自治區，為什麼疫情在武漢爆發？這就像對地震要找“震源”一樣，武漢病毒是疫情爆發地，全球沒疑問，被稱“武漢病毒”是事實命名。
第二，武毒所在武漢，就證明病毒是從它那出來的嗎？至少有兩個重要根據：最早被發現疫情的武漢海鮮市場距離武毒所很近。以前就有中國病毒研究者把實驗過的生物等又賣到寵物市場以圖利、被抓獲判刑，而且發生過多起。所以武漢海鮮市場最早發現的疫情，很可能就是武毒所洩露到那裡的。其次，據美國掌握的情報，早在2019年11月武漢病毒所就有三名研究人員感染，出現新冠病毒症狀被送醫，其中一人的妻子因此死亡。這更說明“毒源”就在武毒所！
第三，中共官方曾強調，病毒來自海鮮市場的蝙蝠。但該市場的蝙蝠數量很有限，而且中國其它地方也有很多蝙蝠，為什麼其它地方的蝙蝠沒病毒，只有武漢的有？馬來西亞人把蝙蝠作為美食，至今仍在吃，怎麼全世界其它有蝙蝠的地方都沒事，偏偏武漢的蝙蝠就有病毒？因為武漢病毒所一直在大量收集和實驗蝙蝠，該所主要研究員石正麗曾撰文講解，怎樣從蝙蝠研製出更容易空氣中傳播的病毒。她在2015年融資計劃書中說，要研製適合人際傳播的新病毒，理由是由此研發出“疫苗”。但製造這種威脅全人類的劇毒，一旦洩露或發生事故，后果不堪設想！美國當時就有200多名科學家反對石正麗們研製動物病毒傳給人（spillover potential），認為一旦發生外泄將造成人類大災難。法國著名病毒專家、巴黎巴士德學院Simon Wain Hobson教授受訪《法廣》指出：石正麗一直致力研究“給病毒基因增加新的gong能使它能夠直接感染人體細胞，或者使病毒能夠直接通過空氣傳染”，說是要用它研出疫苗，但這是“瘋狂的研究，讓人類冒著不必要的風險，所以我當初就十分反對。”

第五，武漢病毒實驗室是中國唯一的最高等級（毒性最強）的研究機構，它不隸屬武漢，也不歸湖北省管轄，而是中國科學院的下屬，被稱為軍方研究基地。國際上很多科學家認為，新冠病毒很可能是中共研製的生物武器。疫情爆發后，中共往武漢病毒所派去“調查組”，組長不是普通科學家，而是中共生物武器專家、解放軍少將陳薇。如果武毒所不是研究生物武器的，為什麼要派去“生物武器專家”？如果武毒所不是軍方機構，為什麼要派“解放軍少將”去？這是清楚的不打自招：武毒所就是中共軍方機構，新冠病毒就是生物武器！否則完全沒必要事先人工製造劇毒。
第六，以中共統領全國的獨裁體制，又適逢疫情嚴重態勢，陳薇少將率領的調查組進駐武毒所之后，應該在十天半月內就有大致結果，可從進駐至今已一年半，什麼調查結果也沒公佈。 從基本常識邏輯推斷，這不是去調查，而是去毀滅證據！如果“毒源”不是武毒所，陳薇調查組應會第一時間昭告天下，武毒所沒有問題，它是安全的；而且它也不是解放軍生物武器機構。但這一切都沒發生，也是不打自招：問題就出在武毒所，上級是軍方，更上級是中國共產黨和習近平！他們是最根本的毒源！
