4月15日，大陆微博和海外推特都流传一段“35名城管手持狼牙棒，当街把17岁少年打成肉泥，事后称：打错了”的视频，再次引爆舆论。
有网友说：“这才是真正的黑社会”、“现实的中国”、“打对了也不能下这狠手吧”、“打人还能打对打错，就算是犯罪份子也只能制服，等待调查审判”。
也有网友质疑这是旧闻：“强烈建议平台，发视频必须注明拍摄日期，别拿过去的东西在当下说事。”
但遭到很多网友的回复，网名“萧梦涵2008”表示:“过去的就不说了？那为什么要恨日本？今天他们又没打过来。”
网友淋淋说:“多久算过去？过去是代表没发生？”
狼牙棒上都是钉子 让人不寒而栗
经记者查阅，此事发生在2011年10月，云南省昆明市官渡区大板桥镇的一家KTV，死者名叫符国俊，出生于1993年，一名年仅17岁的少年。2011年10月7日凌晨两点30分左右，当时他和几位朋友来到当地一家叫“盛世之都KTV”给朋友庆生，结果令人没想到的事发生了。
事发当晚，符国俊和表弟崔文浩等人为朋友庆祝生日玩到凌晨两点多，他们从KTV出来，来到对面一家卖米线的小吃摊吃夜宵，正在他们有说有笑的时候，突然从夜色中冒出30多名穿着类似“城管”制服手持武器的人员，什么招呼都没打，就朝着符国俊打过来，直接将他打翻在地。
符国俊的父亲符昆接到儿子被打的消息后，立刻赶到事发现场，那群殴打者还没离开，符国俊的父亲看着对方都统一穿着制服，便问是哪个单位的，对方蛮横地回答不要问，随后要冲过来打他们。
父亲看到儿子快要不行了，就火速将他送到医院抢救，医生对符国俊的家属深感抱歉，说他们已经尽力了，但病人伤得太重，连肝脏都被打出来，大小便失禁，抽出来都是血，开颅手术发现里面骨头是碎的，耳朵被打烂，惨不忍睹。
面对手无寸铁的17岁少年，这35个成年人怎么下得了手？当日早上，符国俊的家属愤怒地将符国俊的灵堂设在大板桥镇街道办事处门口，四周被围了个水泄不通，还在一辆面包车内发现了那晚多把的行凶武器，有钢管、铁锤、斧头、刀子、警棍等，甚至还有狼牙棒，符国俊的血迹还残留在这些凶器上。
据当地村民介绍，这些凶器大概有三四十件，其中狼牙棒上都是钉子，看了让人不寒而栗。这么多触目惊心的各种各样的凶器，很难想像得出事发当晚，符国俊是忍受着多么痛苦的摧残，他是有多么的无助和绝望。
父亲符昆认为，符国俊无缘无故被打死，要讨个说法。即便他犯了什么法，谁也没有权利用打人的方法置于他死地。
此事件给符国俊的家人带来了巨大痛苦，因为他是独生子，一家人的希望就此破灭。

. According to the reporter's investigation, the incident happened in October 2011 in a KTV in Dabanqiao Town, Guandu District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province. The deceased was named Fu Guojun, born in 1993, a young man Only 17 years old boy. At around 2:30 am on October 7, 2011, he and a few friends came to a local KTV called "Prosperous Capital KTV" to celebrate their friends' birthdays. As a result, something unexpected happened.
On the night when the incident happened, Fu Guojun, his cousin Cui Wenhao and others celebrated their friends' birthdays until two o'clock in the morning.
